We follow a hybrid pricing model.
Our Standard and Business website development packages are fixed-price, designed for clearly defined scope and predictable requirements. 
For larger, complex, or evolving projects (Enterprise tier), pricing is scope-based and finalised after technical review.

This approach ensures transparency, prevents scope confusion, and allows clients to plan website investment confidently. 

Post-launch support and updates are handled through our dedicated
website maintenance services, ensuring long-term performance, security and uptime. 

1 year of maintenance service is included in every package.

Our packages are all inclusive. However for requirements that fall outside fixed packages—such as custom workflows, integrations, dashboards, or web applications—we use
an hourly development model. 

In Year-1, the total website cost includes:

• One-time website development (design, development, deployment)

• Infrastructure setup (domain, hosting, SSL, business emails)

• Go-live configuration and security setup

From Year-2 onward, you do not pay development cost again.
Only ongoing infrastructure and maintenance costs apply, such as hosting, domain, SSL, Mailbox renewals, security updates, backups, and technical upkeep.

This structure ensures long-term cost predictability and avoids hidden redevelopment charges.

Initial Website Development Cost includes full development and setup including 1 year Maintenance Package. 

We do not discount our work, but we help NGOs and non-profits choose the leanest appropriate package and scope the project responsibly.

Website infrastructure includes domain registration, hosting servers, SSL certificates, email services, security, backups, and monitoring.
These services are billed annually by providers and must be renewed to keep the website secure and operational.

Separating infrastructure from development keeps pricing transparent:
